Are you a Shipping & Receiving professional looking to joing a dynamic environment?

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our amazing team at Auxly Ottawa. Based out of our Carleton Place facility, this role will be responsible for leading all outbound shipments and ensuring inbound materials are received in accordance with our specifications.

• Lead the preparation, coordination, and execution of outbound shipments by assembling, wrapping,

and labelling all items prior to transportation

• Receive all inbound materials while performing quality checks to ensure the materials received meet

required specifications

• Receiving, sorting, identifying, and labelling incoming stock based on approved Standard Operating

Procedures (SOP's)

• Moving materials within the warehouse or storage facility using material handling equipment.

• Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods

• Assisting Quality Assurance personnel to identify products which need further review or sampling

• Establish and adjust safety stock levels of critical material inventories and track consumption

• Support the maintenance of an accurate real-time inventory for cannabis and non-cannabis

• Cross-functional and departmental communication regarding all incoming and outgoing inventory

and stock

• Maintain orderly cannabis and non-cannabis warehouse by receiving and performing all related

transactions in Sage X3 and warehousing in an organized manner

• Work with operations and finance team to execute monthly and quarterly inventory counts of

cannabis and non-cannabis inventory

• Foster an environment that is focused on safety

• Perform routine facility sanitation of warehouse areas as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Relevant Post-Secondary education as asset

• 3 + years Warehouse, ERP and/or supply chain experience

• Ability to manage time efficiently

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds

• Forklift certification required

• General understanding/interest in supply chain logistics and production processes and technology

solutions to increase operational efficiencies

• A structured way of analyzing and solving problems

• Due to the dynamic and multi-tasking nature of this role, excellent organizational and problemsolving

skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required

• Ability to maintain composure when dealing with challenging situations and tight deadlines

• Positive and pro-active attitude; demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

• Strong moral compass when dealing with sensitive and confidential information

• Strong communication skills; able to present ideas and efficiencies to influence decision-making

• Desire to grow in this position within a rapidly growing industry
