We’re searching for a motivated professional to join our team as our newest ERP Business Analyst. In this role, you will report into the Manager, IT Applications and be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our Sage X3 application. Sound exciting? Here is a little more…

As the ERP Business Analyst, you will…

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sage X3 and related modules by collaborating with stakeholders to support, maintain and enhance the application

• Work in conjunction with IT professionals to provide support for application maintenance and modification through testing, report development, and documentation

• Collaborate with business users and application developers to manage deliverables, identify bugs and recommend and introduce solutions

• Review system upgrades and patches to assess the impact to processes and develop and execute test plans to ensure efficient enhancements

• Provide end-user support to ensure the ultimate application experience by facilitating training, creating reference materials and resolving issues

• Support the continuous improvement of IT services by designing and launching policies, participating in special projects and assisting the team when required

To be successful in this role you will have…

• Practical work experience with Sage X3

• Enterprise level and user training experience with a strong understanding of IT operational processes and technical designs (we would also welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Tools

• Previous experience implementing and supporting one or more of the following:

• Cultivation and Extraction (Crop Mgmt, Harvest Mgmt, Stock Process, Fertigation Mgmt)

• Manufacturing Functions (BoM, Purchasing, Work Orders, Scheduling, Shop Floor, Cost Control, MRP)

• Inventory Management (Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Stock Transfers, Shipping/Receiving)

• Finance Functions (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Foreign Exchange, Inter-Company Transactions

Bonus points if you have…

• A professional designation such as a CPA, SCMP or PMI-PBA

• Previous experience using Sage SEI Report Writer tool or similar (Crystal Reports, SSRS, PowerBI)

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and software requirements for the auditing of financial systems and procedures
