Uncle Ike's Pot Shop is looking for Part Time Budtenders to join our squad! If you are an energetic, people-person looking to be rewarded for your customer service, then this is the job for you. Experience in cannabis isn t a requirement to work here - all you need is a positive attitude and the desire to meet new people while having a great time selling weed!

Starting Pay: $16.00/Hour + Tips

  • Budtender average $12-$15 per hour in Tips (tips vary by location)
  • You'll also receive a signing bonus of $250 once you've reached your 60th day of employment!

What you'll do:

  • Greet customer with a welcoming attitude and assist them in finding the best products for their perfect high .
  • Have fun while learning about our amazing products and promotions so you can give your customer the best experience possible
  • Ring up purchases at your register and send customers on their way with a smile.
  • Present yourself and your station in a pleasing and inviting manner.
  • Assist with product placement or store presentation for the best possible customer experience.
