• Develop, oversee and execute retail marketing programs including promotions, experiential campaigns and marketing collateral creation for both retail and wholesale locations as well as events *Conduct ongoing market research through surveys, observational data gathering, competitor shopping/expansion tracking, focus groups and polling *Source & identify vendors who can fulfill needs (company merchandise, print collateral, display materials) at competitive prices *Collaborate with designer to develop various materials for print and digital collateral, providing clear direction and reviewing content with keen attention to detail *Manage and schedule all text and email promotions and manage related vendors *Work with internal teams to track sales/inventory and systematically introduce and schedule promotions, sales, price changes, etc. *Assist in interpreting sales reports, analyzing product performance and providing feedback on how to improve figures and customer engagement *All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or design fields strongly desired *2-5 years work experience in project management, marketing, retail or sales *Experience in retail, cannabis, or CPG industries strongly desired *Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with good judgement and resourcefulness. *Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail *Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines *Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information. *Strong communication skills – written and verbal. *Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment. *Possesses a high level of critical thinking and the ability to quickly synthesize complex information from multiple facets of the business. *Strong organization planning & project management skills

The most challenging aspect will be to fully absorb our style and methods so that comms sound authentic to us.</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>• Minimum 3 years industry sales and/or marketing experience.</p><p>• Robust knowledge of all cannabis products, how they’re made, how they’re consumed, and how they’re priced.</p><p>• Can demonstrate fluency in social media, marketing, communication, educating, navigating objections and building rich relationships as a trusted advisor.</p><p>• Identify issues/items that deserve to be escalated to management and peers in case more response is needed and/or awareness for everyone.</p><p>• Touching social accounts at least once each day, including weekends and holidays.</p><p>• Active drivers license and clean driving record. Comfortable being on the road up to 50% of the time meeting, working, and sometimes delivering orders and marketing collateral.</p><p>• Delightful personality and team oriented.</p><p>• Flexible schedule (some weekends required for vendor events / special delivery circumstances).</p><p>• Good computer skills, with a high comfort level learning new software and tools (includes Google Suite, Monday.com, basic photo editing and graphic design chops a plus, clean grammar, able to write documents and presentations).</p><p>• Strong knowledge of taking data/reports from social media tools, analyzing it, and telling a story from it. Monitor subscribe and unsubscribe rates to make sure our list is healthy.</p><p>• Respond to all consumer messages (DMs on social, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc).</p><p>• Monitor and maintain the consumer product replacement program.</p><p>• High comfort navigating, configuring, and improving mobile applications, including all social media platforms, our consumer texting application, in house tools and more.</p><p>• Update company website on demand with all product deliveries and drops.</p><p>• Keep watch and maintain all consumer facing menus that have Grow Sciences on them. This includes Weedmaps, Leafly, I Heart Jane, etc.</p><p>• Partner with Creative to plan relevant and engaging content for social media accounts in line with upcoming releases (strains, drops, new products, events, etc). Create a monthly content calendar. One post minimum per day. Reply to DMs, post daily stories to engage the audience and drive foot traffic to the shops.</p><p>• Contribute to a monthly Marketing &amp; Customer Service Newsletter.</p><p>• Partner with your peers in Marketing to coordinate and host dispensary takeovers and industry events.</p><p>• Initiate customer surveys and feedback on current products. Promote website and text enrollment with QR codes.</p><p>• Able to lend a hand to the Sales team for end of month/quarter sprints to meet goals when needed, including help with deliveries, last minute items, etc.</p><p>General Requirements</p><p>• Above average computer skills, including working knowledge of Google Suite.
