Headquartered in southern Maine we are looking for a highly motivated, professional individual to take on this sales and business development role focusing on the Augusta area. The perfect candidate has a strong work ethic, self-motivated, is familiar with cannabis products in its many forms and has previous sales experience. The expectation is to work collaboratively with management to develop prospects, qualify leads, make calls, set appointments/meetings and help get our clients wide range of superlative products into stores.  


We encourage you to offer marketing and sales input, work collaboratively with management to develop qualified sales leads, keep track of inquiries, maintain relationships with vendors and contacts. 


This is a salary plus commission with bonus incentives.


Requirements:


  • Maine state resident, at least 21 yrs of age
  •  Driver's License (Required)
  • Must be able to pass state mandated background check
  • Sales Experience
  • Cannabis Experience and thirst to learn more about the ever changing world of cannabis.

  • Manages and directs sales efforts to wholesale accounts throughout the state
  • Conducts sales calls and selling efforts for wholesale accounts

  • Stay abreast of industry, customer, and competitive trends
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs

This Position ensures proper inventory levels are always maintained with full compliance. The Inventory Specialist position is responsible for the direct oversight and accurateness of all state-wide inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for products received and conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking, and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate tracking of invoices, product master creation, menu support, inventory turns, product returns, waste, damages, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures.</p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><p>• Ensure all inventory is received and recorded.</p><p>• Recording daily deliveries, evaluating all product and analyzing all suppliers.</p><p>• Evaluate all current practices to ensure all deliveries, shipment and product levels are efficient and in compliance.</p><p>• Be able to analyze all products and supply levels to anticipate any potential issues and being able to remedy them.</p><p>• Ensure there are proper reports of all purchases and pricing by completing necessary audits as needed.</p><p>• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.</p><p>• Processes invoices for payment.</p><p>• Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.</p><p>• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</p><p>• Manage all menus for the assigned location</p><p>• Ensure product and product images are loaded and accurate between the menus and the POS system (online platforms and in-store platforms) dependent on inventory stock.</p><p>• Work seamlessly with the marketing and sales teams</p><p>• Update online platforms to help promote product sales.</p><p>• Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p>• Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store.</p><p>• Help customers make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently and suggesting dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients.</p><p>• Correct cash handling and discount application</p><p>• Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients</p><p>• Accurate use and maintenance of the Point Of Sale (POS) system;
