We are seeking a Dry/Cure Manager that will be responsible for managing the drying and curing of all cannabis at the facility. They will work in collaboration with the Cultivation, Processing, and Quality Departments to ensure consistent throughput of high-quality cannabis. Job Duties: Manage all steps in the process including intake, drying, curing, testing, and transferring of product. Manage and coordinate Dry/Cure operations at the facility including daily activities, supply requests, equipment requirements, training & development, schedules, personnel, and quality assurance. Ensure product quality is maintained while being dried, cured, and tested. Oversee tracking logs of all harvested product. Perform proper curing and drying methods maintaining the correct levels of humidity and temperature ranges during various stages of production. Manage and utilize the labor force to effectively meet production goals and quality standards. Coordinate with the cultivation, processing, and sales departments to schedule, forecast, and coordinate the timing of each harvest to ensure consistent throughput of high-quality dried and cured cannabis. Measure moisture levels of product to determine dry time completion. Adapt processes to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis, and make quality control decisions and adjustments as necessary. Train and oversee Dry/Cure Techs to maintain quality standards and procedures. Assure compliance requirements are met or exceeded. Make recommendations to help streamline productivity and cost-efficiency. Create and manage detailed reporting, comprehensive tracking, and analysis of all dried and cured cannabis.
