Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Services Manager (SSM) II, the SSM I supervises the Department of Cannabis Control's (Department) Transactions and Disability Unit. The SSM I is responsible for providing supervision, technical expertise, training, guidance, assistance, and support to the staff.

Special Requirements

Conflict of Interest – This position is subject to Title 16, section 3830 of the California Code of Regulations, the Department of Consumer Affairs’ Conflict of Interest Regulations.
