POSITION

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to assist the Finance team with daily functions that will support many facets of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead financial planning and analysis function across operating segments and business lines

• Create financial and operational performance reports to help senior leadership understand company performance and trends

• Drive forecasting and reporting processes, including budget vs. actual analysis, re-forecasting, Management and Board of Directors reporting materials

• Work with individual departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into an overall corporate budget

• Maintain and enhance company operating and projection model; create models for new projects

• Make recommendations to optimize the company's business lines and products for highest returns

• Develop day-to-day business partnerships with internal stakeholders to help them achieve their operational and budgetary goals

• Provide ad-hoc support to management, particularly in commercial and financial matters

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field. MBA preferred, but not required

• At least 5 years of prior work experience in financial planning and analysis roles mandatory. Investment banking and/or private equity experience also considered

• Exceptional financial modeling and data management skills

• Deep knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial statements

• Understanding of economic principles, financial markets, and banking

• Understanding of consumer-packaged goods, retail and/or manufacturing industries

• Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority-setting skills

• Proven experience in financial project management

• Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel and Powerpoint

• Must be able to communicate financial information into sound business language so people of all levels can understand

All controlled inventory will be maintained within the IL BioTrackTHC Seed to Sale inventory management software program which this position will champion.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>The Inventory Manager tasks involve inventory accuracy, recording, and compliance in all phases of the production cycle as well as managing the inbound and outbound teams and all materials received and transferred. This position is also accountable for the preparation of outgoing deliveries and will coordinate with management and delivery personnel to ensure timely, and accurate packaging and shipment to our customers.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><p>• Manage personnel and operate in strict compliance with all state required recordkeeping for every transaction, movement, or transfer of inventory as well as shipping and receiving</p><p>• Train company personnel in best practices for inventory control, packaging, distribution, and receipt of all products</p><p>• Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary</p><p>• Ensure that all products are properly tagged according to state and local regulations and are accompanied by all necessary paperwork</p><p>• Run and maintain inventory level reports</p><p>• Reconcile inventory using applicable tracking system to ensure that all information is accurate</p><p>• Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by state regulations</p><p>• Keep a clean and well-organized shop/Storage area</p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p>• 2 years of inventory management and/or fulfillment experience</p><p>• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies</p><p>• Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies</p><p>• Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies</p><p><b>Education</b></p><p>• High school diploma/GED required</p><p><b>Experience</b></p><p>• 1-3 years</p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></p><p>• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with a diverse group</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail</p><p>• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook</p><p>Direct reports</p><p>• Manages one or more employees within a department</p><p>Working conditions</p><p>• May be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumes</p><p>• Frequently works in rooms with bright light where eye protection is required</p><p>• Frequently works in rooms with moderate heat and humidity</p><p>• Exposed to moderate background noise due to environmental systems, equipment, and fans</p><p>Physical requirements</p><p>• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods of time</p><p>Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.</p><p>At AYR Wellness, our vision is to be a force for good in all we do and to bring lasting positive change to our communities, our industry, and our world.
