Panacea Wellness is seeking a Full-Time Inventory Lead!

Inventory Lead must have exemplary attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to multitask.

The Inventory Lead will perform daily audits, assist in opening and closing procedures, product setup of the sales floor, fulfill pre-order sales,.

A detailed understanding of all State regulations regarding the labeling and packaging of cannabis products and ensuring compliance in all aspects pertaining to the inventory are the most important components of this job.

The Inventory Specialist must be a self motivator and someone who takes initiative to identify, report and fix inaccuracies or problem solve and investigate discrepancies within the physical inventory and digital tracking systems. This position reports to the Inventory Manager.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Perform daily audits of the product vault
  • Assist in opening and closing setup of the sales floor products
  • Move products digitally and physically from the vault to the sales floor to refresh inventory levels throughout the day
  • Fulfill customer's kiosk express orders and Dutchie pre-orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure all product and POS system menus have matching current and accurate testing information, pictures and product descriptions
  • Responsible for receiving, inspecting for damage, counting, organizing and storing new product deliveries compliantly upon arrival
  • Inspect all inventory labels and packaging to ensure compliance
  • Prepare and store delivery manifests
  • Responsible for storing and recording quarantined and to-be-destroyed cannabis products compliantly as per State regulations and store policies
  • Work closely with management to ensure product par levels are maintained and expiration dates of products are monitored
  • Generate labels for both cannabis products and accessories to be scanned into the POS system
  • Complete METRC and RVT training as mandated
