Job Description

Our Inventory Control Manager will assist with the trim, packaging, and inventory departments at our cultivation facility. Ideal candidates should possess the following skills: excellent communication, have a cost and budgetary outlook, have problem-solving abilities, be organized, action-oriented, and have experience with managing people. The Inventory Control Manager will report to the Cultivation Facilities Director and partner with them on the initiatives of their department.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Work with a diverse team of employees to create efficiencies in the usage and inventory control of our supplies and product.

· Assist staff in inventory control, trimming, and packaging, including standardizing procedures that will improve our inventory structure.

· Develop, manage and implement consistency in inventory and packaging control, procedures, and efficiencies

· Identify, analyze and assess business opportunities, processes, and workflows of the inventory control, trimming, and packaging departments

· Monitors and maintains inventory levels for the Packaging department

· Responsible for data entry and maintaining records and evaluations of performance metrics to ensure they are correct, compliant, and meets goals

· Overseeing the planning and scheduling of distribution of product from cultivation to the retail stores

· Responsible for inventory, supplies, and reconciliation of actual stock count to computer-generated reports. (Records all within inventory software system and Company files)

· Operates within State required guidelines

· Oversee inventory compliance requirements directed by the Cultivation Managers

· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Cultivation Director

Qualifications and Skills

· Strong project management skills and experience

· Leadership and management experience and ability to train staff to operate within facility protocol required

· MS Office

· Experience with standard inventory and electronic handling of data

· Cannabis would also be an excellent advantage

· Experience with previous Cannabis software preferred

· Bilingual in Spanish preferred

· Driver's License required

· Bachelor's Degree preferred
