The Regional Manager provides regional level management, support, and leadership to all Flight Cannabis Co. locations including reporting pertaining to market, product, and inventory analysis. </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"> </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">This is a hands-on environment leading an emerging brand in an ever-evolving Cannabis landscape to become Vancouver Island’s Premier Cannabis Retailer while working closely with the management team to champion the great working environment & culture that has been created by Flight Cannabis Co. and The Truffles Group. The Regional Manager will provide a culture of knowledge, engagement, and trust for our team and guests. The Regional Manager, Flight Cannabis will ensure all policies and procedures are being followed, coach for an elevated guest and team experience, research and develop new procedures to drive efficiency, and ensure operational consistencies between all Flight Cannabis locations.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong style=\"color: black;\"> </strong></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"> </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong style=\"color: black;\">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Oversee the daily operations for all Flight Cannabis locations and develop and maintain operational efficiencies.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Act as a backup for General Managers (GMs) to cover vacation and sick time and working on the floor when necessary.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        In conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer for (TTG) implement strategic initiatives, drive revenue, manage expenses and ensure an elevated guest and team experience. </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Responsible for all people management functions for Flight locations and act as support to the GMs as required, including but not limited to conducting performance reviews for all direct reports, being the first point of contact for performance related concerns, supporting with recruitment and onboarding of team members, working with the GMs, Chief Operating Officer and HR to manage employee leaves and ensuring all processes and practices are in line with all relevant legislations and company policies. </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Ensure GMs hold regular staff meetings and attend these meetings. </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Work with the Operations Manager to coach, train & develop management roles within Flight Cannabis for succession planning.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Work with the GMs and property management companies to ensure the overall maintenance of the stores.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Work with GMs to ensure cultural & staff initiatives are developed and maintained.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Support and work with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure all company guidelines are being met.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Provide support and coaching to the GMs with any operational concerns that require a higher-level attention.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Review monthly financials with GMs and Chief Operating Officer and make recommendations for ways to increase sales, maximize margins, and reduce expenses. </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Such other and unrelated duties as may be assigned from time to time by the solid combination of business management with industry related sales and hospitality knowledge, strong communication, and leadership skills, as well as: </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">·        3 to 5 years of retail management experience within a customer-facing sales setting.</p><p><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Demonstrated experience in people management, driving operational efficiencies and providing an elevated guest experience through service, brand, and store appearance.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Ability to lead a team with confidence, compassion & support. </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">·        Strong knowledge of and passion for the Cannabis industry.</p><p
