Our vision is to be a leader in branded cannabis products that deliver on our consumer promise of quality, safety, and efficacy.</p><p>Based out of Auxly Leamington, we are currently looking for Machine Operators to join our Operations team.Reporting to the Production Manager, the ideal candidate aspires to work in the growing cannabis field with an award-winning team The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various production equipment while leading a small team of production associates to complete the run with commitment to accuracy, quality, and efficiency.</p><p>Embody Auxlys business mission and strategy and act in a responsible, ethical and honest behaviour while consistently leading by example.</p><p>Responsible to lead and motivate a small team of production associates working underneath them on various production equipment.</p><p>Promote and maintain the highest level of cleanliness inside the production area and facility by routinely cleaning and sterilizing equipment</p><p>Prepare the correct equipment and supporting items for all the production associates in preparation for the start up.</p><p>Set up, calibrate, and clean machine in advance of a production cycle.</p><p>Lead change overs of machinery and ensure equipment is put back together properly and calibrated.</p><p>Troubleshoot issues that may occur during operation of equipment.</p><p>Execute and lead packing orders within Health Canada standards, Customer specifications, and company procedures.</p><p>Ensure and uphold quality standards throughout production run of cannabis and packaging materials.</p><p>Responsible to oversee and ensure documentation is correct for the entire run and all materials match up with specific runs. The ideal candidate will display strong problem-solving ability and take initiative to meet dynamic and changing needs and requirements of the department.
