We’re seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our forward-thinking, innovative, and often unconventional team and handle a variety of tasks, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations.

Essential job functions include:

* Processing payroll for 100+ employees
* Recruiting for positions ranging from entry-level to managerial
* Managing employee data, including paper and electronic files
* Administering company benefits plans, including employee communication, enrollments, and changes
* Acting as a visible and approachable source for staff to bring concerns and suggestions, and escalating or resolving concerns as applicable
* Ensuring a regular HR presence is maintained at all company locations
* Supporting the Chief HR Officer on other projects as needed

Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or equivalent, and 3-5 years’ relevant experience. PHR/SPHR certification is a plus. Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills are required. The home office for this position may be Lee or Holyoke, with regular travel to all company sites in western Massachusetts expected.
