The Supply Chain Analyst position is responsible for interpreting and managing Bright-Leaf Development’s inventory system and creating purchasing plans. This will include working with multiple teams and stakeholders including operations at different business units, sales teams, finance, and buyers/planners.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Track current inventory and usage of over 2,000 SKUs in excel based system
  • Work with the Purchasing team to interpret supplier order to delivery time information and create inventory protection plan
  • Conduct biweekly inventory review calls with 7+ internal stakeholders
  • Manage meeting agenda, follow up notes and action items
  • Calculate required safety stock
  • Develop order plans for each state based on inventory needs and aggerate orders to facilitate bulk buys
  • Manage order plan in project management software and communicate to Purchasing team
  • Communicate order plan to internal stakeholders for resource planning purposes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a supply chain, operations research, business analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years supply chain analytics experience
  • Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Ability to thrive in a high energy environment and perform under pressure
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of inventory/supply chain calculations and terminology
  • Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Warehousing, or Transportation is preferred

Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience
