Viridian Staffing’s Client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager with generalist and recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment for a for a fast-growing Cannabis Operation in between the Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Fayetteville, Arkansas, area. On-site work Monday - Friday is required.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing (www.viridianstaffing.com) is the premier staffing recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

You will have the opportunity to help this cannabis company shape the workplace environment and to establish HR best practices. You should have at least 5+ years of experience as a dedicated HR Practitioner with a strong knowledge of both federal and state (Oklahoma) employment laws. You have your PHR/CP certification or higher. You will oversee generalist HR duties including but not limited to handling employee relations issues, talent acquisition, benefits administration, payroll, and HR systems selection.
