ROLE SUMMARY:

The HR Coordinator is a versatile team member who balances a range of administrative/transactional, recruiting support and compliance-oriented activities. Utilizes good people skills to help screen qualified talent for various roles. Possesses a general understanding of regulations and researches changes and updates. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities is critical to this role.

  • 1-3 years of general HR experience and/or administrative work
  • Basic knowledge of recruiting with experience screening candidates preferred

  • Previous experience with HRIS and ATS preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail oriented and punctual

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Handle a variety of administrative duties (correspondence, e-filing, scheduling, tracking, etc.) to support all HR/People operations
  • Help facilitate recruiting and onboarding
    • Assist with management of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Post jobs and manage postings in ATS and other related web pages
    • Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
    • Perform initial interviews and coordinate follow-up activities
    • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and coordinate scheduling
    • Research and identify assessment tests for job candidates to measure required competencies (manage implementation and facilitate with candidates)
    • Transition candidates to new hires through effective onboarding
  • Manage scheduling for HR team
  • Support benefits administration
  • Assist with HRIS management/configuration
  • Provide project management support for H
  • Coordinate trainings and document participation/compliance
  • Track completion of reviews, quarterly feedback, etc. and follow-up with managers
  • Perform research on various regulations, compliance, policy, etc. and provide summary reports
  • Support compliance related activities
  • Develop and manage HR reports, data and analytics
  • Contribute to upholding culture values

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Clear vision, hearing and speech
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Able to work on a computer for 8+ hours
  • Able to provide site tours to candidates and employees
  • Comfortable in a variety of environments including office, warehouse and occasionally field operations (may include significant temperature changes from hot to very cold)
