The work environment is fast paced, and attention to detail is of critical importance.</p><p>A criminal record check is required.</p><p>For complete details about this opportunity, including accountabilities, please refer to the attached job description, also located in the Additional Information section at the bottom of the posting.</p><p>An eligibility list for permanent or temporary future opportunities may be established.</p><p><b>Position Requirements:</b></p><p><b>Education and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>A minimum of three (3) years of senior administrative support experience in a large, high-volume office environment, as an executive assistant, with an emphasis on coordinating services, organizing meetings, composing and preparing correspondence, and managing the daily business of senior executive(s), and including:</li><li>Experience providing administrative support to an executive level and supporting multiple department directors.</li><li>Experience preparing and maintaining documentation, spreadsheets, and databases, and using standard computer applications (i.e., MS Outlook and MS Office), including 50 wpm keyboarding skills.</li><li>Experience and high proficiency in PowerPoint and preparing PowerPoint presentations as assigned.</li><li>Experience with calendar and travel management and organization for a fast-paced senior executive office.</li><li>Experience providing financial services, including reconciling transactions, reviewing financial reports, preparing accruals, etc.</li><li>Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive matters using sound judgement, tact, and diplomacy.</li><li>A degree, diploma, or certificate in a related area (business administration, administrative assistance) is required.</li></ul><p>A combination of training, education and experience may be considered; candidates with 5 years of recent experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.</p><p><b>How to Apply &amp; Application Requirements:</b></p><p>In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined in the Position Requirements section above.
