Office Manager / Accounting Assistant

MC Nutraceuticals LLC, a local Colorado brand offering hemp-based products, is opening an online retail division. We are looking for an Office Manager/ Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. We need an Office Manager to handle all day-to-day activities, office and warehouse needs. This will include keeping both spaces tidy, greeting clients, managing meeting space, ordering food, and working with vendors. This position will also inventory all warehoused retail products. There will also be light accounting work and tracking retail credit card payments. QuickBooks online AP experience is required.

Office Manager Responsibilities

· Office supply ordering, receiving and stocking

· Office upkeep and cleaning

· Liaison with Property Manager

· Communication and scheduling with outside vendors (maintenance, pest control etc.)

· Ordering food for colleagues, meetings etc.

Warehouse Responsibilities

· Warehouse supply ordering, receiving and stocking

· Warehouse inventory of retail products

· Warehouse upkeep and tidiness

Accounting Responsibilities

· Accounts payable using QuickBooks online AP – experience required

· Tracking of retail credit card payments

Salary – Depending on Experience, $45k to $60k annually

Being onsite in the office in Golden, CO is required

The office hours are 9am-5pm Monday – Friday, and we are looking to hire immediately.
