An early-stage organization, their successes have created a need for a sales leader to create the sales strategy and build the sales organization needed to guide them into new markets and meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create an initial client base and scalable sales organization

• Create and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting and tracking/facilitating achievement of sales targets

• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process

• Manage sales forecasting, with regular reporting on key sales metrics

• Monitor and track customer feedback to generate ideas for improvements, new features or products

• Work cross-departmentally to ensure visibility across the organization as well as compliance with company policies/procedures as well as local/state/federal regulations

This position will carry out responsibilities of home delivery program approximately 5 days a week. Follow us on LinkedIn.</p><p><b>ROLE SUMMARY</b></p><p>The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Fluent dispensary in accordance with the Office of Medical Marijuana in the state of Florida and standards set by Fluent. Further, the General Manger is responsible for measuring sales and sales improvement of the team and individual Curators. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining patient services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, collaborating with human resources and managing operating costs. The Dispensary Manager provides support for all store employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. This role will primarily focus on lab operations support.</p><p><b>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate party.</li></ul><ul><li>Greet incoming visits and escort to appropriate areas.</li></ul><ul><li>Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.</li></ul><ul><li>Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.</li></ul><ul><li>Deliver deposit checks to accounting.</li></ul><ul><li>Create and process customer invoices.</li></ul><ul><li>Process credit card payments in Blackstone.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with clients on payment processing of sample orders.</li></ul><ul><li>Receive all incoming work from internal and external clients and process work orders through the company Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and manage shipments with partner labs.</li></ul><ul><li>Special projects and errands as needed, including transportation of packages to local shipping companies.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for shipping and receiving of orders and supplies, which includes light lifting duty (packages up to 40 lbs)</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines for a lab environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.</li></ul><p><b>Skills, Abilities and Competencies: </b></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work, problem solve, and communicate with multiple levels of the organization.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced deadline environment while successfully managing multiple tasks.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of standard laboratory protocol.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to maintain an incredibly high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong agility, engagement, and flexibility in an ever-changing environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Working knowledge of logging, organizing, and analyzing data.</li></ul><p><b>Education &amp; Experience: </b></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.
