We are looking for a seasoned and highly skilled head grower to lead our cultivation team.

This position is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a competitive company in a rapidly growing cannabis market.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This facility is a new construction project - expecting to become operational JUNE 2022 with the completion of Phase I buildout.

Facility will be developed in multiple phases - ensuring operational continuity will be a key responsibility for this positionMust have experience with different grow methodologies (soil based organic soils, coco-coir, peat, rockwool, hydroponics, aeroponics)Must have experience implementing and managing facility environmental controls systems

RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE:

Facilitate the operational flow across departments with production, distribution, accounting and inventory divisions.

Recommend software solutions & innovations, design SOPs, methods, policies & procedures to advance the department to ensure it meets the needs of the company.

Manage grow facility employees and provide leadership and mentorship as needed.

Hire, train, and retain additional key management members to support and assist with labor planning, scheduling, along with the coordination of critical business functions, such as labor management, facility management, safety programs, and licensing compliance.

Manage both the revenue and cost elements of a company's income statementIdentify cost-effective strategies and efficiencies to improve the department.
