Position Description: The General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations at the designated Keystone Canna Remedies dispensary location including merchandising, staffing and patient order fulfilment processes. The GM works closely with each Assistant General Manager (AGM) to drive the successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Hire, train, schedule and manage staff at all the dispensaries dispensary to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction. Ensure that all deadlines are met and take accountability for completion.

• Drive a culture of positive employee engagement with a strong focus on inclusion & diversity.

• Mentors, coaches, motivates, and develops the team through performance succession planning to ensure company’s culture and expectations are exceeded and supports employee growth.

• Ensure effective team communication is occurring by hosting monthly dispensary staff meetings, maintaining an open-door policy, and welcoming patient feedback.

• Actively manage inventory, recalls, returns, and pricing to meet cost and sales targets.

• Effectively manage cash controls and financial reporting. Ensure check register, cash outs, bank logs, inventory and deposits are accurate and executed according to TerrAscend’s standard.

• Effectively manage service labor, scheduling, and payroll budget.

• Perform business management operations and analyses such as P&L; develop and review KPI reports for dispensaries to monitor opportunities and challenges with a goal to maximize revenues and profits.

• Proactively monitor dispensary profit and loss and develop effective mitigation between actual performance and company budget and projections. Work with management team to develop insight as for business decisions.

• Maintain a general awareness of cannabis and retail trends to help create innovative and adaptive strategies . Work closely with grower-processors to understand and learn about their products.

• Oversee all complicacy regulations, safety measures, security issues, and legal matters .

• Partner with Director of Education and Medical Professional to ensure team cohesion, promotes RPh’s feedback, and participates in medical professional quarterly check-ins.

• Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professional team, and marketing department.

POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><p>Dispensary Sales Associate sells regulated and non-regulated merchandise to customers coping with chronic, acute or other serious medical conditions. This position will carry out responsibilities of home delivery program approximately 5 days a week. understand and learn about their products.</p><p>Oversee all complicacy regulations, safety measures, security issues, and legal matters.</p><p>Partner with Director of Education and Medical Professional to ensure team cohesion, promotes RPh’s feedback, and participates in medical professional quarterly check-ins.</p><p>Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professional team, and marketing department.</p><p><b>Qualifications and Education Requirements include but not limited to:</b></p><p>Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results</p><p>Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&amp;L accountability</p><p>Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture</p><p>Cannabis experience is a plus.</p><p>Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary.</p><p>Must be flexible regarding work schedule and willing to work 5-6 days per
