About Malibu Gold

Malibu Gold is the product of 19 years of obsession, resulting in the most beautiful, fragrant, flavorful flower buds in California, and maybe even the world. We hand-tend and tightly monitor our plants for consistent growth and quality ensuring the consistently supreme product that we are known for.

Our indoor facilities are some of the most advanced in California, allowing us to tightly monitor our plants for consistent growth and quality. From the rare strains we grow, to our superior proprietary nutrient blend, our craft is rooted in excellence. We lavish our plants with love. We truly give them a humane, stress-free life and you can feel and taste the difference.

We're raised and rooted in Malibu. It's where we first decided to put our passions and pursuits to practice. It was here where we first started to transform ordinary strains of cannabis into extraordinary works of art. For 19 years, we explored different strains and experimented with nutrient blends and care methods to unearth the best cannabis practices, solidifying Malibu Gold as one of the few "Master Growers" in California.

Adaviv aims to make every indoor farm a highly profitable and sustainable farm through our Plant Intelligence and Digital Lean Cultivation platform. We are building an AI-powered plant care software to keep digital eyes on plants and help growers know what each plant needs to get the most consistent and highest yields. By initially focusing on high value crops like cannabis, we are enabling growers to continually improve the growth of each plant. Primary responsibilities include: Performing regular site visits to perform field scouting inside cultivation facilities (MA region); visually inspecting plants for signs of pests and diseases; input field data into a software system. At times, operate a ground-based, wheeled sensor platform by maneuvering it within, and throughout, farm growing rooms. Developing an expert understanding of the cannabis cultivation process and, specifically, Integrated Pest Management strategies for cannabis and hemp cultivation. Prepare and present daily and weekly progress reports. There will be an opportunity to grow the position from part-time to full-time and into an expanded role which includes Customer Success relations and R&D. Skills and Qualifications: Individuals 21 years of age or older, hold a valid driver's license. 2+ years Cannabis experience, farming pest control experience and an understanding of horticulture and agronomy; knowledge on and ability to identify plant disease and stress. Great attention to detail and organizational skills, specifically as relates to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to strict clean and IPM protocols. Strong work ethic, ability to lift up to 50lbs and spend 5-8 hours on your feet. Great communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities in a professional manner. We value integrity, excellence, hard work, respect, and collaboration. You will operate as a member of a fun and diverse team (6 nationalities!) as well as completing tasks as an individual. We promote and foster diversity of people and ideas, while cultivating empathy for our customers and for fellow team members. Want to be part of our team?
