Growing cannabis farm south of Forest Grove is looking for a horticulture assistant with a positive attitude to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic, team-oriented member to help us elevate the level of quality work done on the farm. We are a Certified Kind facility and offer opportunities for career development in cannabis and hemp cultivation with a focus on organics and living soil.

Applicants should be keen on new developments in our industry and should be open to consuming new content, literature, and information related to our craft and culture. This position is not limited to bros that grow. People from diverse backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply.

• *Compensation:** The pay rate is dependent upon experience, but we always pay above minimum wage.

• *Requirements:**

Must not have a criminal record that would prevent you from obtaining an MJ Worker Permit, we prefer applicants who already have their permits.

Cannabis grow experience is not required, but a willingness to learn as part of a team.

Must have dependable transportation, be able to lift 50lbs & be able to work unsupervised.

A good work ethic, attention to detail, positive attitude, and pride in the work you do are paramount.

You must be qualified for employment in the USA.

A valid Drivers License is required.

Must have strong attention to detail as well as communicate and follow directions effectively.

Must have a can-do attitude.

Must be effective in communication and data collection, creative and strategic in attacking tasks.

This role would manage a small team of cultivation techs. As a result, there will be multiple open lead positions, and we’re currently accepting applications.</p><p>Leads will be responsible for the proper execution of all cultivation projects, IPM applications, fertigation, and cloning within their rooms. We’re looking for experienced cultivators that are either familiar with all phases of growth, or willing and able to learn all phases of growth in a timely manner.</p><p>Lead performance will be largely measured based on the yields of sellable flower per harvest out of their pod.
