Our client, a cannabis facility located in Torrance, is looking for detailed and reliable Packaging Technicians to work as part of a team to prepare cannabis products for shipment or storage while staying on track to meet all production goals determined by management

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Putting caps on cartridges and packaging vape pens in cartons

- Pack, weigh, and label all cannabis products according to company standards

- Identify and dispose of defective items as instructed by management

- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

- Ensure proper label usage and storage of chemical supplies

- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

- Follow safety policies and procedures outlined by management

- Report any unsafe equipment and/or hazardous practices to management in advance of incident

- Miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Must be able to clear a background check

- 1 year of previous manufacturing or cannabis experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication skills

- Superb time management skills

- Reliability/Punctuality

- Ability to lift 10-20 lbs

In this role, maintaining accuracy in weighing product, fulfilling product, labelling, and inventory is paramount.
