Responsibilities and day to day:

General duties will include overseeing the facility operation and will also include dealing with shifting demands as presented in daily activities but generally shall include:

  • Manage Departmental Teams – Directly responsible to manage, oversee, administer, police, control departmental heads and departments on a daily basis. Maximize individual outputs and support growth addressing, identifying and resolving key issues across and within departments.
  • Facility Activity Reporting - Manage, update and report daily facility activity using company systems and summarize information to support decision making
  • Auditing - Lead daily auditing practices, enforce team in tracking & reporting activity. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  • Coordination with Departmental Teams – Facilitate the operational flow across departments within, production, orders / fulfillment, distribution, compliance, inventory and security divisions.
  • Facility Systems Management - Police facility systems and maintain a controlled environment.
  • Facility Advancement – Lead the Facility Advancement, be accountable for the department growth, recommend software solutions & innovations, design SOPs, methods, policies & procedures to advance the department to ensure it meets the needs of the company. Identify cost-effective strategies and efficiencies to improve the department. and maintain trust relationships
  • Report to Senior Executive Team – Report to Senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis communicating the status of the Departments ensuring business objectives are met.
