As a full-time Inventory Control Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, building, and optimizing the data used to drive our inventory strategies. In this role, you must be able to multitask, work methodically, effectively communicate / summarize data, and be obsessive over the accuracy of your work.

• *THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

- Serve as the conduit between the company’s inventory systems and leadership

- Maintain and build upon the various systems and spreadsheets used to effectively track inventory while continually improving reporting accuracies.

- Monitoring and reporting daily changes in inventory levels and consumption rates

- Facilitate the transfer of critical data between inventory systems and production/procurement planning

- Build and present high level reporting dashboards that show network performance of counts, facility-to-facility transfers, shrink, and consumption data.

- Collaborate with the operations team to improve data accuracy and execute on inventory strategies

- Utilizes data and inventory trends to share ideas and insights to improve our strategies and process

• *RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Maintain and update the company’s inventory and production systems

- Inform the operations team of potential risks or hurdles coming up through data analysis

- Develop , plan and implement scheduled and ad hoc reports for leadership to make educated decisions around real time data

- Set the foundation in accurate data and relevant reporting for production and procurement to execute on their planning

- Build on our existing systems capabilities to improve operational efficiencies along with the accuracy and scope of our reporting

• *THE QUALIFIERS**

- College degree or 1-3 years of related industry experience with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding expectations

- Previous experience in the cannabis industry not required but helpful

- Previous work experience as an Inventory Control Analyst for CPG is helpful

- Strong communication, organizational, negotiating and problem-solving skills

- Good knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets formulas (VLOOKUP, IF/THEN, DATE, RANGE, etc)

- Working knowledge of computer/web software, including ERP, MS Office Suite and Google Suite

- Data driven, detail obsessive, analytical, self-starter and team player
