Supervise the daily operations with experience in driving sales revenue, promoting service excellence, and building quality client relationships.

Job Description

-Drive the business results by maximizing daily sales plans, controlling expenses and improving metrics through floor leadership.

-Execution of training, continuous coaching, and disciplinary action when needed.

-Maintain a high degree of personal integrity, and hire a team with similar values. ​ ​Attract, select, train and retain top talent.

-Maintain a visually impressive sales floor while following the company visual standards.

-Act as a liaison between the Regional Manager, CFO, and Owner.

-Understand sales and their relationship to inventory levels, with the ability to communicate needs directly to the Inventory management team.

-Strong working knowledge of employee scheduling, and payroll restrictions.

-Protect the physical assets of the store by managing and maintain intake of product, inventory, cash flow, and all store operations.

-Ability to multitask and delegate tasks when needed.

-Upkeep on current laws, which include but are not limited to, Metrc uploads and standards, Adilas SOP’s, and City and State requirements.


- 3 or more years of retail management experience

Due to the hands-on nature of cannabis production, the Director of Production must be able to lead by example.
