Job Summary
Nano Hydrate is an American-based, minority-owned CBD manufacturer located in Sarasota, Florida - nominated for 2021 Most Innovative Product for our water-soluble CBD. Our mission is to make CBD and CBD-derived products the most accessible form of natural healing available.

We are currently looking to bolster our fulfillment team and have positions available in Sarasota, FL.

We are seeking a highly motivated fulfillment/formulation specialist that is already in or wants to enter into the fast-growing cannabis/CBD space. As a fulfillment/formulation specialist, you will be a primary representative of Nano Hydrate and will be responsible for fulfilling and organizing orders, labeling products and tracking inventory, filling bottles, and preparing shipment documents.

If you have prior experience in fulfillment, a desire to expand your career, make your own schedule, and have unlimited earning potential, we want to hear from you.

This position is PART-TIME ONLY, paying higher than the industry average.

What You Do…

  • Generate and submit inventory reports to management each week
  • Utilize daily product backlog to proactively develop orders for an improved customer experience
  • Assist team with creating formulations for client-based orders
  • Fulfillment Specialists do a wide range of warehouse functions; labeling, replenishing, box making, etc
  • Fulfill and organize orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
  • Create accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • We focus on excellent customer service and we take pride and great care in every order we fill for our customers.
  • Must be detailed-oriented
  • Prepares and documents physical product shipments from the store to specified destinations as outlined in SOP
  • Maintain inventory counts weekly
