We are seeking an experienced frontend engineer who can confidently contribute to establishing our industry leadership position as the best, most robust, most delightful, and easy-to-use hiring platform for Cannabis talent. Responsibilities

What You’ll Accomplish:

-Building performant frontend applications, and very polished end-user experiences

-Reliably deliver well-considered, well tested, and performant code product(s)

-Impactful contributions to our development and testing standards and best practices

-Frequent collaboration with Design + Product, ensuring balanced code complexity and UX

Experience

Requirements:

-Significant experience building apps with React and TyesScript

-Deep understanding of stateful function components using React hooks

-Proficiency with REST / GraphQL APIs

-Proficiency with modern developer workflows and tools (Git/Github, CI, etc)

-Experience writing tests for your code at all layers

-Solid understanding of foundational software design patterns

-Experience giving and receiving feedback in code reviews

-Confidence pairing and with other engineers of all levels

-You maintain a high level of craftsmanship in your work

-Knowledge around Design principles and UX patterns

What Will Make You Stand Out:

-> 4 years building user experiences and features for apps that have real users

-Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, and modern React related libraries

-Experience in performance monitoring and product analytics

-Familiarity with Accessibility best practices

Education

-Bachelor’s Degree in relative field preferred, Master’s highly desirable

Reporting to the Facility Manager for the facility to which he/she is assigned, the Building Engineer will work to oversee access, security, maintenance and services of the cultivation and processing facility to ensure optimum facility operation on a daily basis that provides for the work needs of the organization and its employees.
