Field Sales Representative - Cannabis

As a Field Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our client by driving sales and distribution growth in your territory. Utilizing your proven communication skills coupled with your analytical abilities you will manage all aspects of your territory including securing new distribution and product orders while winning the heart and mind of the Budtender. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial spirited individual who is laser focused on results within the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve above target results in all KPI’s including sales growth, distribution, innovation speed to market & adhoc sales initiatives

• Develop strong relationships with retail owners and managers

• Host Budtender training sessions & attend trade shows where required

• Independently manage your territory maintaining laser focus on winning the business

• Adhere to all industry and corporate regulations

• Accurately document call activity via CRM and Call Reporting tool

• Manage effective allocation of funds and complete thorough budget documentation

• Act as an industry expert providing timely and insightful retail feedback to our client

• Work in field at retail with extensive travel within your defined territory

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Ideal candidate has prior retail sales experience in cannabis, grocery mass or pharma

• Takes ownership for results

• Motivational communicator who is passionate about the cannabis industry

• Ability to adapt in a dynamic fast paced atmosphere

• Strong organization skills

• MS Office, MS Teams, experienced with CRM and call reporting tools

• Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Certified to sell Cannabis within your province
