Full reimbursement of fees associated with State issued agent card will be extended after 2 months of employment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of Trim Team work space;
- Maintain proper working function of all Trim Team tools;
- Carefully inspect nugs;
- Carefully trim and manicure buds to company standards;
- Assist in development of Pre-Rolls; and
- Assist in packaging of various products.

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid State-issued Cultivation Agent Card OR temporary Cultivation Agent Card;
- Must be at least 21 years of age;
- High School Diploma / G.E.D;
- 2+ years of work history preferred;
- Clean, friendly appearance;
- Hard-working attitude;
- Reliable transportation; and

communicate findings<br />Apply biologicals or spray approved pesticides to treat issues, in accordance with label recommendations and Health Canada guidelines<br /><br />Liaise with managers, supervisors, growers and cultivation technicians in various capacities in regards to plant health<br />Submit daily reports to relevant Managers and Supervisor/Lead<br />Valid New Brunswick Pesticide applicators license or ability to obtain is require<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Skills Required<br /><br />High level of documentation and communication skills<br />Basic plant health and plant biology knowledge<br />Basic knowledge of cannabis pests and diseases, and biological/organic pest control options<br /><br />Basic knowledge of ideal cannabis growing environments<br /><br />Salary<br /><br />Commensurate with experience and qualifications<br /><br />Security Clearance<br /><br />Security Clearance may be requested for this position.<br /><br />Working Hours<br /><br />Hours may vary by shift in accordance with facility needs<br /><br />Physical Requirements<br /><br />none<br /><br />Direct reports<br /><br />Lead Production Supervisor.<br />________________________________________________________________________<br /><br />IRRIGATION<br /><br />Job Summary<br /><br />The Irrigation Technician is responsible for the use and maintenance of the Irrigation system, and for ensuring the consistency and quality of nutrition provided to the crop throughout all stages of growth.<br /><br />This person must be professional, and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company.<br /><br />Duties and Responsibilities<br /><br />Maintain full compliance with all ACMPR laws and regulations<br />Operation and maintenance of all irrigation equipment and controls, in addition to overseeing any repairs or upgrades<br />Handling, mixing, and applying fertilizer and nutrient mixes at measured concentrations to meet the needs of the crop<br /><br />Ensure safe handling, use, storage, and disposal of chemicals<br />Use of the Argus automated system to monitor and adjust the irrigation settings and environmental control parameters<br />Perform regular calibration of meters and scales for monitoring and measurement, with completion of accompanying paperwork<br />Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems related to irrigation and environmental control<br />Perform regular tests of the system to ensure consistent working condition across all zones in the facility<br /><br />Collect and analyze water, feed, and runoff samples to determine if an adjustment to the nutrient schedule is needed<br />Complete and maintain proper documentation of all necessary activities in compliance with ACMPR regulations<br />Communicate effectively with the cultivation team and other departments to ensure a smooth production process<br />Supervise others performing irrigation tasks and activities<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Must be able to obtain a Responsible Person in Charge (RPIC) security clearance<br />Completion of High School diploma<br />AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (Preferred)<br />Minimum 1-year experience in irrigation, agricultural/greenhouse production, or a related field considered an asset<br />Proficient knowledge of the materials and equipment used in an automated irrigation system<br /><br />Experience with ARGUS would be highly desirable<br />Industrial automation experience and/or knowledge as well as a knowledge of computer controls considered a strong asset<br />Experience using hand tools considered an asset<br />Basic agricultural knowledge considered an asset<br />Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently<br /><br />Ability to stay organized and manage time and workload to meet deadlines<br />Understanding of computers, documentation software, Word and Excel considered an asset<br />Standing &amp;
