Seeking a hardworking, efficient, customer service and health oriented individual who can successfully perform all job duties and model efficiency and effectiveness in our restaurant, retail storefront, kitchen, and production line, featuring local healthy meals and high quality hemp products. This position has the potential for advancement as well as profit sharing.

Green, Lean & Clean, LLC (GLC) is a healthy, local, meal prep delivery service located in Wilmington, NC, serving eastern and central North Carolina. GLC has partnered with Carolina Pure Fine Hemp Products (CPH) to bring our customers the ease, convenience, affordability and high quality our customers expect from GLC meals, to local CBD products. Carolina Pure Hemp Products are made right here in GLC's kitchen, and, just like GLC, CPH is committed to supporting our local farmers, artists, and musical acts. Our team strives to assist the community in achieving optimal quality of life through a healthy lifestyle! We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality ingredients and exceptional customer service.

This position reports directly to the owner of GLC and will be responsible for other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to the list below.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Train, schedule and coach employee teams of office staff, kitchen staff, retail staff, portioners, and delivery drivers (currently 3 teams);

· Complete duties of staff as needed;

· Set and execute the strategy for the restaurant and retail store operations, aligned with companies’ goals, missions, promises and values;

· Embrace and enhance the brand culture throughout the organization;

· Develop promotional materials and event menus;

· Monitor labor, food, and inventory costs;

· Organize and respond appropriately to customer emails and phone calls;

· Track and order inventory;

· Ensure compliance with changing NCDA and FDA requirements;

· Engage the local community and build strong community relationships;

· Use Quickbooks to enter daily expenses and customer invoices;

· Manage backend of webpage, such as adding new products or applying coupons to customer accounts;

· Use Microsoft Office and other applications to create forms and labels and proofread documents before release to ensure quality;

· Track customer orders and ensure modifications are accommodated;

· Other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

· High School Diploma/GED

· Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fields preferred

Experience:

· Management (2 years preferred)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Drive, including excel and word.

· Prefer proficiency in Quickbooks

· Prefer proficiency in Wordpress

· Prefer experience in the food service industry or retail

Expectations:

· Job Type: Full-time

· Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 6 pm; Friday, 9 am - 1 pm; and approx. one hour of remote, computer work on Sunday evening.

· Occasional evenings and weekends are required based on community events.

· Customer service oriented

· Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

· Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds.
