SUMMARY:

The Facility Manager position is a key role in the management of corporate facilities at Intrepid Personnel. The Facility Manager maintains and oversees the company’s grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure that the workspace is safe and functional. This includes management, construction, and remodeling projects as well as daily maintenance of facilities. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all facility-related issues for all sites assigned

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General management and delivery of projects in Facilities.
  • Provide general facilities support and oversee physical maintenance of the building
  • Oversee multiple types of technical services associated with the facilities management, assessing, and successfully resolving any issues that may arise without disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate and work with others to identify system (people, process, and technology) challenges and work alongside them to deliver solutions quickly.
  • Engage with and follow up with vendors, property managers, brokers, and agents from site survey up to and through move in at a new facility
  • Ensure projects are developed and launched quickly and on time, with built-in agility.
  • Keep stakeholders appropriately engaged and up to date on project status and potential issues via regularly scheduled meetings and email communications
  • Resolve project, design, or resource issues before they cause schedule delays.
  • Maintain records, report on the status of projects and ongoing maintenance work.
  • Coordinate with local, state and federal building inspectors for code compliance for safety, fire, security, access. Work with code provisions, inspectors, and safety personnel to assure compliance.
  • Reviewing and approving maintenance, repair engineering and utility invoices for cost, allocation, account coding, amount and completion of work performed by contractors.
  • Maintain building inventory, as well as facilities equipment, ensuring the equipment is safe and operable.
  • Keep records of any equipment or supplies that need to be replaced, as well as respond to work orders.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You have a track record of success maintaining professional facilities experiences, preferably at a construction company or environment.
  • The ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to read and understand building plans and specifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of old to apply.
  • Electrical, mechanical, plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration training is required.
  • Project management training is desirable.
  • Facilities training credentials preferred.

The Facility Operations Manager is responsible for People, Process, Product and Infrastructure which includes the management and accountability for compliance, P&amp;L, budgets, cash flow and production targets, human resources, repairs and maintenance, health and safety and security. This includes leading all cultivation, manufacturing and production agents, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information as well as lead procurement, waste disposal and inventory management activities. The position must maintain strong partnerships with corporate leaders of Infrastructure, Horticulture, Manufacturing and Compliance. The Cultivation and Manufacturing Facility is a busy operation and therefore the ability to organize, prioritize and delegate tasks is a key requirement. The Facility Operations Manager will need to be able to lead teams, plan, organize and anticipate requirements well in advance to ensure smooth business operations.</p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p>This position manages functional operating units such as Horticulture and Cultivation, Inventory Control and Manufacturing Production which may include Extraction, Pharmaceutical Production and Commercial Kitchen operations. The Facility Operations Manager has responsibility for all staff in the facility and acts as a liaison externally between the Cultivation and Dispensing Facilities and the local community, including law enforcement.</p><p>Maintain a highly focused, diligent, lean operational culture dedicated to Fluent Cannabis Care's established mission objectives.</p><p>Ensure compliance with all State and local laws, rules and regulations governing the local medical marijuana program, and other regulations such as OSHA, HIPAA, NFPA and others.</p><p>Oversee staff training and education to ensure that SOPs, Health and Safety, and good agricultural and manufacturing practices are followed.</p><p>Manage security of the facility in partnership with corporate VP, Security. Through the Assistant Cultivation Manager, the Cultivation Manager will provide oversight of all Cultivation Associates and ensure that the facility is safe and compliant with all applicable regulations at all times. Additionally, the Cultivation Manager is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to.
