JOB SUMMARY

This is a temporary position with a potential end date of March 31 2024.


AGLC is embarking on a journey to modernize our core technologies and enhance our organizational strength; central to this is our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project goal to implement a new Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources solution.


As a part of the ERP Transformation team, the ERP Data Architect will work collaboratively and creatively with business areas to develop and lead ERP data architecture and migration strategies and plans. The Architect will facilitate strategic planning for ERP architecture, manage data strategies to cleanse and migrate data from existing AGLC technologies to the new ERP and create all associated roadmaps and transition plans. The Architect will ensure that data architecture deliverables align to the functional and non-functional requirements of the solution.


Reporting to the ERP Technology Program Manager, the Architect will utilize their problem-solving abilities to identify data management opportunities to improve data quality, map related data flows through the organization and provide quality assurance to the deliverables of the Data Conversion Work Stream.


With an Agile and innovative mindset, the ERP Data Architect will leverage their leadership and relationship building skills to guide the work of Analysts relative to project assignments, ensure work is completed in alignment to AGLC Data Governance policies and the Data Management and Master Data Management strategies. Deliverables will align to all relevant AGLC Records Management policies and comply with AGLC Data Quality Standards to ensure the quality of the migrated data and the validity of the migration processes and operation.


This position requires a collaborative work approach and strong skills in facilitation and negotiating, with the ability to drive consensus through solid working relationships. Ideally, the candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience with cloud data management technologies, AI/ML tools, and the design of Master Data Management solutions.

SKILLS & ABILITIES


  • University degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience leading data migration projects and/or working with data in a complex ERP environment
  • Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate extensive knowledge in data analysis and conversion from legacy to modern systems
  • Certification in TOGAF is an asset

Ensure all indoor cultivation SOP’s are documented and updated</p><p>• Maintain and enforce a culture of compliance for all cultivation activities with strict adherence to the Florida Statues for a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, as well as regulations set forth by local, state and federal agencies such as OSHA</p><p>• Ensure cultivation excellence in all aspects of grow operations. This role will be very “hands-on” in all aspects of the cultivation process</p><p>• Manage all grow operation tasks - cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, waste disposal, and inventory management</p><p>• Work with IPM to ensure all pest prevention and foliar spray schedules are being maintained</p><p>• Ensure accurate data collection and management to direct proper growing decisions</p><p>• Focus on plant health and wellness.
