We are looking for a reliable entry-level Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and provides outstanding customer service to all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
  • Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
  • Manage communication including emails and phone calls
  • Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Create invoices and review for accuracy
  • Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
