Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Technician


Pay: $18 - $20 per hour


Schedule:

  • 25 – 35 hours per week
  • Occasional weekend shifts required


Work Location: One location


Be able to complete a variety of plant care independently including, but not limited to:


  • Assist with de-leafing, harvesting, cleaning, transporting plants, and basic handy work when needed
  • Monitor various aspects of plant health including signs of disease or infestation and communicate any issues to the cultivation management team
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to mitigate potential pest problems and facilitate an organized and efficient workflow
  • Keep all equipment clean and sanitized
  • Identify and report irregularities and/or variances from Standard Operating Procedures to management
  • Regularly check and interact on Greenshift’s employee app to best communicate with the team about all information pertinent to specific areas of cultivation
  • Be willing to wear many hats – assist where help is needed
  • Coordinate plant schedules and tasks with management team
  • Wear provided uniform at all times unless directly instructed otherwise
  • Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Carefully follow directions as provided by the Chief of Cultivation


Job Qualifications:


Commercial or Residential Cannabis Experience Prefered.


  • Must be 21+, with a valid State ID, and able to pass additional background screening.
  • High School Diploma or greater required
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of botany, horticulture, and agriculture preferrred
  • Knowledge of production tools and equipment
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem solving/communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Maintain a culture of professionalism
  • Must be hard working, responsible, and trustworthy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours

The Gaming Division is looking for an energetic and skilled individual to join our team in Supply Chain in an Inventory Support position.</p><p>Reporting to the Manager, Electronics Repair and Inventory Support, this position is responsible for maintaining and distributing gaming equipment inventory to ensure the optimal support of the gaming operations with the right parts in the right place at the right time. As well as filling parts orders in a timely manner and performing locksmith duties to support various gaming streams of the AGLC. This position also processes warranty returns and helps to ensure the integrity of the networks by keeping accurate records of inventory transactions concerning all parts, locks, and keys.</p><p>To be successful in this role you will need superior attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and analytical abilities. Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills are needed to work collaboratively with several areas within Supply Chain and Gaming to respond to business needs in a timely fashion.
