A leading Cannabis Edibles company is looking for outside field reps to promote their products and to maintain relationship with the dispensaries. Must be at least 21 years old. A Marijuana Handlers permit is required if hired.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

• Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

• Proven work experience as a sales representative

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Cultivators will possess the capacity to be trained on SOPs with the ability to follow those tasks accordingly in a repetitive production environment. Cultivators will ensure tasks are being performed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with all current cultivation SOP's. Cultivators are responsible for following daily operations schedule in cultivation, including processes and procedures within propagation, vegetation, flowering, and the post-harvest phases. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>1. Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.</p><p>2. Tracking supply and material usage for inventory control.</p><p>3. Completing daily schedule objectives accurately and in a timely manner.</p><p>4. Keeping accurate records of environment data and plant development, records of plant inventory, including strain names, plant tag numbers, and counts.</p><p>Position Cultivation Technician I</p><p>Greenhouse Level A</p><p>Status Temporary</p><p>5. Applying and tracking regimen of feed, moisture, and protection.</p><p>6. Maintaining all cycle tasks, including transplanting, pruning, harvesting, and inspecting plants for health and growth status.</p><p>7. Maintaining Mother plants according to SOP for propagation.</p><p>8. Transplanting and training young plants for vegetation.</p><p>9. Knowledgeable in plant care techniques Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, and relevant treatments.</p><p>10. Analytical skills to inspect plants and monitor processes.</p><p>11.
