Cinder is seeking an experienced executive manager to fill the role of District Manager. Ideal candidates should have previous managerial and leadership experience. The District Manager would ideally be able to have a strong in-store presence between locations, work closely with Marketing to drive sales, and HR to ensure company policy and standards are being met.

The responsibilities of a District Manager at Cinder are to ensure order and leadership within the management team. The District Manager is responsible for company strategy planning, setting and tracking company and management sales goals, employee development and management, and communication with appropriate members of the leadership team, acting as a bridge between management and company owners.
