The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of U.S. Supply Chain of Canopy Growth, the Manager, Distribution Operations will oversee the fulfillment, receiving and Inventory on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards and within applicable compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manager the daily operations of fulfillment out of 3rd party warehouses, CGC facilities and CMO's

• Ensure Lean methodology Is Implemented

• Determine staffing requirements, work w/ HR to fill roles and provide training for new team members

• Work closely w/ 3PL to provide efficient and accurate service to all customers. Determine future growth and expansion and optimal services

• Create SOP's and processes that are consistent w/ CGC vision and expectations

• Oversight of all aspects of distribution such as fulfillment, receiving/shipping, Inventory and auditing

• Develop and manager P/L Budget

• Measure and report KPI's and scorecards weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly

• Lead supply chain meetings and provide coordination to resolve Issues as they arise

• Work w/ Logistics, Marketing, Procurement, Customer Ops and Sales team to promote our brand and products

• Manager and mentor, your team to be successful and make sure everyone has the same expectations and vision for the company

• Provide weekly notes on teams performance and overall service record

• Help with the dimensions and specs of all new product being Introduced to the market

• Participate on weekly calls that provides feedback, future state and problem solving

• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• 5 years of Supply Chain management

• B.S. degree In Supply Chain, Management or Logistics

This is a full-time role based out Denver, CO/Remote, U.S. There will be travel expected with this position.
