As our Grand Opening approaches, Great Barrington Dispensary is seeking Floor Leads to join our team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that pride themselves on integrity and hard work.

Job Description

- The Floor Lead is responsible for opening duties which include setting up product for the day, managing previous night’s deposit and change disbursement.
- The Floor Lead is responsible for closing duties with include breaking down the store for close, nightly deposit, Metrc sales and adjustments, and correct change disbursement.
- Assisting budtenders with change, manager approvals,
re-stocking.
- Actively look for ways to help and make procedures more efficient.
- Assist with budtending or sales floor when needed.
- Inventory control which includes bar coding, adjusting packages, entering joints, and entering PO’s.

Requirements

- Background Check and Facility License

- 3 years of retail and cash handling experience

- Nights, weekends and Holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

In this role, you will have broad responsibilities in people operations, creating a strong partnership across the business and helping to drive great employee experience through the people of the organization.</p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><p>• Proactively identify issues and provide guidance on how to navigate and resolve employee relation issues</p><p>• Build collaborative relationships with leaders to implement effective initiatives, including: performance management, internal career development, and compensation programs</p><p>• Answer employment-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing broad people operations support</p><p>• Administer LOAs</p><p>• Assist with ER related investigations, documentation, and decisions</p><p>• Participate in the compensation review process including the execution of the annual reviews and promotion cycles</p><p>• Review and update policies and practices to maintain compliance with with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations</p><p>• Ensure that relevant personnel files, documentation, and communications are current, complete, and compliant with applicable laws</p><p>• Actively contribute to people team projects and initiatives as needed and assigned</p><p>• Conduct employee new hire orientation and helping to organize training and development initiatives.</p><p>• Act as safety coordinator for covid-19 requirements, contact tracing, protocols and processes.</p><p>• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.</p><p>• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.</p><p>What We Are Looking For</p><p>• Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or People Operations</p><p>• Thorough knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance and best practices for non-exempt workforce</p><p>• Expertise with enterprise HRIS (i.e. Kronos, Workday, ADP)</p><p>• Prior involvement with workforce planning, employee relations, performance reviews, and employee engagement</p><p>• Ability to identify roadblocks, and provide insightful data with proactive solutions</p><p>• Communicate clearly, effectively and thoughtfully, across multiple verbal or written mediums (e.g. email, Slack, calls, face-to-face); you know your target audience and are adaptive in your communication</p><p>• Have high attention to detail</p><p>• Fine-tuned sense of nuance and discretion, and a high level of professional integrity</p><p>• Fast learner, motivated to expand your knowledge by learning from others as well as doing your own research</p><p>• Self-starter, proactive in identifying opportunities and/or gaps and taking ownership</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and management levels within the company.</p><p>• Proven organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with ongoing demands.
