Job Summary:Provide overall direction and grow to PowerPact a new cannabis distribution facility while using your knowledge and qualifications to help shape the cannabis industry in Washington.

This position will be best suited to those that are data driven and use financial statements and metrics to improve the companies bottom line.

You will also be responsible for between 20 and 40 employees of diverse backgrounds and will need to lead these individuals to perform at high standards.

Your other responsibilities will involve overseeing financial, sales, and operations departments.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for operations management and customer service.
