We are seeking a Cannabis Retail General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

As a locally owned and managed cannabis company you will have a great magnitude of control and input to company growth. Responsibilities:

Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the company's mission, vision, goals, and objectives. Manage, supervise and direct the activities of assigned staff, and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees Fulfill staffing needs and adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Train and evaluate employees on a regular basis Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Resolve escalated customer complaints Implement dispensary policies and ensure staff follows best practices. Ensure the dispensary’s compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations. Manage financial records and cash handling procedures. Provide education and development for staff about cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates and consumption mechanisms. Work with the company's COO on marketing, promotions and the maintenance of reports as they pertain to the daily operations and financials of the dispensary

Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge and trends. Serve as a liaison to the local community. Volunteer for community service events.
