Our next General Manager (GM) is responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations including merchandising, staffing, and patient order fulfillment processes. The GM works closely with the Assistant General Managers to drive successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary.

To Be Blunt

You will be challenged to work strategically and tactically to do ensure our dispensary offers the best-in-class patient experience.

One minute you will be analyzing your dispensary's P&L and financial reporting for an upcoming meeting

The next minute managing a delivery and auditing the store's inventory levels

And the next minute partnering with the marketing team to ensure you're running the right promotions based on patient feedback and sell through of products

Regardless of the task, it's critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you'll work within and manage a diverse team in the organization.

Where you'll be planted

This position will be on-site in our Thorndale, PA dispensary. This location is open 7 days/week. This role will require availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays. Our General Managers are expected to work a mix of opening and closing shifts during their weekly schedule.

Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in retail, restaurant, food, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results

Cannabis experience highly preferred

Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability

Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture

Physical Requirements

Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
