Qualifications Prior experience in medical cannabis industry is preferred but not required. 1-3 years' experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred. 1-3 years' of customer service experience ideal, but not required. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers/caregivers and team members. Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment. Able to accommodate scheduling that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Ability to follow cash handling procedures.
