Daily Lead Budtending duties will include, but are not limited to

  • Assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures, operational guidelines, federal, state and city guidelines
  • Supporting Budtending crew with training & guidance.
  • Working closely with upper management to ensure operational goals are being met
  • Inventory management, including receiving product into POS system and Metrc
  • Welcoming customers upon arrival, providing knowledge about specials, sales, and product within the store.
  • Upselling and promoting both product and the store
  • Quickly and efficiently fill orders, while maintaining quality friendly customer service.
  • Accurately perform cash transactions, discount applications and use Point of Sale System (POS)
  • Follow security measures and safety compliance
  • Perform daily audit of product
  • Work with the team to ensure all aspects of the store are well cared for
  • Maintain a clean, presentable work area at all times.

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, Efficiency, and good work ethic
  • Ability to maintain productivity when working both alone and with the team

Qualifications

  • 21 Years of age and have a current active MED badge with the State of Colorado
  • Colorado Drivers License or State ID

  • Open availability, Must be able to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, or bend for long periods of time
  • Able to lift, carry and balance 50lbs by self. (100lbs with assistance)
