Job Overview: The Store Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the dispensary and is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and developing a dedicated team to drive the success of the business. This position requires someone who can guide teams and develop their talent. The right candidate has experience leading stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and measuring financial performance.

Experience/Education: Experience in management of a retail store required. Experience working in the cannabis industry strongly preferred.

Essential Functions:

--Ensure excellent customer service, including resolving customer difficulties.

--Train, supervise, and evaluate staff.

--Coach and develop staff.

--Control waste, expenses, and payroll.

--Observe appropriate merchandise stock levels, presentation, and signage.

--Responsible for store compliance with all applicable local and state regulations.

--Responsible for accurate pricing of all products and specials.

--Receives product and maintains appropriate records.

--Able to learn new computer systems and explain them to others.

--Open and close store.

--Prepare daily deposit and take to bank if needed.

--Responsible for daily safe counts, drawer counts, and drop counts.

--Other related duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.

Work Environment

This job operates in a retail business environment. The role routinely uses standard retail equipment such as registers, phones, computers, printers, and filing cabinets.

Pay: $2,850.00 - $6,000.00 per month
