We’re seeking a Marketing Director to lead a dynamic and fast-paced group of professionals.

Job duties include:

• Management oversight of Marketing team

• Coordinating digital, print, and other forms of advertising

• Creating and deploying strategies to increase in-store traffic

• Ensuring Canna Provisions' desired brand image is maintained in all communications

• Representing the company at various events

• Organizing in-store pop-up events with vendors

• Ensuring all marketing is done within budget

• Providing reports to senior management

• Working with in-store management to determine new campaigns or revisions to existing ones

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field, plus 5-10 years' relevant experience. Cannabis industry experience is strongly preferred. Previous supervisory experience is required, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

This job may be performed in Lee or Holyoke, but regular travel to all company locations in Western MA is required.
