This position will be located at our Fitchburg, MA location of our production facility, will report to the Director of Production.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Manage operational and personnel aspects, across cultivation and processing areas, of the Fitchburg, MA production facility with support of the Company’s subject matter experts in cultivation, processing departments, which include supply chain management, safety and quality and compliance</p><p>• Lead planning and execution of production schedules to achieve business objectives</p><p>• Manage employee staffing, including assessment of resources needs. Lead the development of our teammates through training and coaching.</p><p>• Proper documentation to maintain compliance and achieve business objectives.</p><p>• Assess and measure performance of KPIs.
