Arise Bioscience develops and sells wellness products, typically containing CBD and other natural ingredients through two nationally recognized CBD brands – Original Hemp and Funky Farms.

We are looking for a high-performing Wholesale Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales playbooks, and growing the sales team in quality and quantity.

The ideal candidate know how to run a metrics based sales team, using a CRM with a focus on qualifying and closing opportinities. The ideal candidate also has experience selling B2B wholesale to wellness service providers such as chiropractors, pain clinics, massage, yoga and/or vape and smoke shop businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Design and manage sales team to properly use the CRM to manage thousands of clients, including setting templated email responses and opportunity capture.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts and stay aware of competition and customer needs
  • Manage multiple wholesale channels

Skills

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven success with CRM’s and designing efficient email and phone follow-up routines
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
