We are in need of a motivated, analytical, and dynamic personality to join our team as our Director of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for handling our VIP clients, building our sales team, assisting with finding new revenue streams, and helping to lead our company through a very dynamic environment.

Science Holdings is a distributor for CBD and other Hemp related items. Our sales team works in office and at trade shows to meet our clients, and find out how we can fulfill their needs.

Core Responsibilities:

- Handle our VIP clients, processing their orders, and ensuring that all their needs are met

- Build and train our sales team through new talent acquisition, developing our company sales culture and assisting them with embracing it, and ensuring that they are taking care of their customers on a daily basis through constant contact

- Find and develop new revenue streams for our product distribution

- Research and attend trade shows. Assist with scheduling, assigning tasks, travel and accommodations, while negotiating for the best prices available

- Communicate with all other members of the management team on sales strategies, implementation, and success

- Other duties as needed

Requirements

- Must have experience leading a developing sales team, with a proven track record of increasing revenue

- You must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a variety of personality types

- Organization skills are a must

- Must be willing to travel

- Core office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, though hours may range outside of that on occasion.

- Experience with Odoo or similar CRM is preferred

This is a base rate position with a healthy bonus structure, in addition to a full suite of benefits. Initial interviews will be in person.

The Cultivation Manager will lead and manage employees, ensuring that production needs are met, things are in full compliance with all state and local regulations, and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.</p><p><b>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p><p>• Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation; transplanting, pruning, defoliation, watering, feeding, and harvesting.</p><p>• Manage plant germination and propagation through cloning efforts.</p><p>• Develop and adhere to cultivation schedules to ensure plants are healthy and prepared for the flower process.</p><p>• Enforce adherence to fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules.</p><p>• Ensure plants are receiving proper illumination, irrigation, nutrients, pruning, pest and disease control.</p><p>• Schedule harvest of plants based on cultivation schedule and plant maturation.</p><p>• Ensure that the product is compliant with all relevant regulations and meets all standards established by the state.</p><p>• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants, including plant counts, both physically and in METRC, and correcting plant inventory discrepancies immediately.</p><p>• Develop and update SOPs for cultivation and post-harvest processes, enforcing strict adherence throughout the facility.</p><p>• Assist with calculating production yields and determining areas of improvement for each harvest.</p><p>• Facilitate and oversee inspections using inventory and compliance audits.</p><p>• Conduct investigations when necessary - if inventory does not match production and transfer records.</p><p>• Monitor stock of cultivation supplies and equipment and work with Procurement to order supplies.</p><p>• Prepare reports summarizing harvest yields and conditions.</p><p>• Ensure accuracy of inventory.</p><p>• Oversee tracking compliance in METRC.</p><p>• Stay current with the latest grow solutions and technology.
