The Regional Manager will provide a culture of knowledge, engagement, and trust for our team and guests. The Regional Manager, Flight Cannabis will ensure all policies and procedures are being followed, coach for an elevated guest and team experience, research and develop new procedures to drive style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Act as a backup for General Managers (GMs) to cover vacation and sick time and working on the floor when necessary.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        In conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer for (TTG) implement strategic initiatives, drive revenue, manage expenses and ensure an elevated guest and team experience. </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Responsible for all people management functions for Flight locations and act as support to the GMs as required, including but not limited to conducting performance reviews for all direct reports, being the first point of contact for performance related concerns, supporting with recruitment and onboarding of team members, working with the GMs, Chief Operating Officer and HR to manage employee leaves and ensuring all processes and practices are in line with all relevant legislations and company policies. </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Ensure GMs hold regular staff meetings and attend these meetings. </span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Work with the Operations Manager to coach, train & develop management roles within Flight Cannabis for succession planning.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Work with the GMs and property management companies to ensure the overall maintenance of the stores.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Work with GMs to ensure cultural & staff initiatives are developed and maintained.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Support and work with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure all company guidelines are being met.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">·        Provide support and coaching to the GMs with any operational concerns that require a higher-level attention.</span></p><p REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:</b></p><p>• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in related management, manufacturing, cost accounting or administration is preferred</p><p>• 8-10 years’ hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehouse and logistics with a minimum of three years’ supervisory experience</p><p>• Multi-state and multi-site experience is required</p><p>• Excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics</p><p>• Experience in Six Sigma, LEAN manufacturing, PMP certification is highly desirable</p><p>• Strong ERP systems experience required</p><p>• Proven project and budget management experience with driven financial results</p><p>• Substantial experience with inventory management, fulfillment and delivery</p><p>• Experience with facilities oversight including physical infrastructure, maintenance, employee safety and security</p><p>• Ability to analyze data, interpret and apply legislation, develop systems and standard operating procedures, and manage risk based on data and statistics</p><p>• Experience meeting stringent compliance requirements</p><p>• Proven expertise in organizational development and operations management, lean manufacturing principles, strategic and business planning methods, project planning and coordinating</p><p>• Knowledge of technical, scientific, and regulatory principles related to the cannabis industry a plus</p><p>• Ability to lead and influence a diverse team during change, while maintaining cooperation, motivation and cohesiveness in a lean environment</p><p>COMPENSATION: Salary, Bonus, Incentives Plus Benefits based
