About The Job

We are looking for a Business Systems Director to join our team to optimize workflows, identify business needs, address roadblocks, and own the execution of feature requests. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who is passionate about creating value through streamlined business processes, thrives in a fast paced role in an ever-changing environment with a proven track-record of executing software technology.

What You Will Do

This role will partner with organizational leaders to develop and execute a plan aligned with business goals that will reduce security risks, and drive automation. You will own the transformation and ongoing management of company-wide business systems that create value for our internal teams.

Responsibilities Include

As the Director of Business Systems, you will develop the strategy roadmap, drive implementations of internal business systems, and execute solutions that will scale.

• Explore problems and feature requests to fully understand issues at their root

• Identify edge cases and how users will interact with a potential feature

• Create and maintain documentation for internal reference

• Meet weekly with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize development and internal configurations

• Reprioritize when necessary and ensure that all parties are privy to any changes

• Own reporting updates and KPI metrics, and Facilitate communication of ERP project status

• Develop roadmaps, present weekly updates and wins to the team

• Build and manage a team of Business Systems Engineers within the IT Organization

• Identify opportunities for integration and/or automation of internal systems

• Create a multi-year technology strategy and vision to support hyper growth

• Drive business process improvements and streamline operations

• Drive and manage complex business systems transformations and integrations

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in IT Business Systems

• 5+ years of management experience

• Experience managing ERP, CRM or other business system deployments

• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects cross-functionally including acquisition integrations, new module or system implementations, systems selections and maintenance / hotfix updates

• Expertise with reporting tools and frameworks (MS Project, Jira, Monday etc.)

• Knowledge of business systems architecture and development life cycles

• Strong technical acumen with the ability to work closely with engineers and dev teams
