We need someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workflows, and is comfortable taking ownership over their workstreams and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting marketing channels in day-to-day operations, such as: building and maintaining a communications calendar for push notifications and site marketing placements on our social media platforms; testing and sending channel communications; supporting our email coordinator with building email campaigns; trafficking display ad assets to internal teams, etc.
  • Monitoring social media performance, putting together monthly reports, and recommending actionable ways to improve efforts.
  • Working cross-functionally with other departments such as sales, editorial, PR, B2B marketing to gather required assets or information.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience working in a consumer-facing marketing role.
  • Current portfolio to show off your work (digital or print). This is a necessity.
  • Experience managing push notifications a HUGE plus.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as SailThru, OneSignal, Hubspot, Directus (or similar platforms) a plus.
  • Experience analyzing channel performance and creating recommendations on how to improve or optimize.
  • Experience contributing to or managing a marketing calendar detailing channel communications on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Detail oriented. Detail oriented. Did we mention detail-oriented?
  • Excellent, proactive communication style - both written, and verbal.
  • Experience working within a regulated industry a plus.
  • Familiarity or experience with the cannabis industry a plus.
  • Cheerful, positive, can-do attitude that approaches roadblocks as opportunities to pivot or improve.

The job description is representative of typical duties and responsibilities for the position and is not all-inclusive. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned in accordance with business needs. Prior cannabis convictions are not an automatic disqualifier. We are an equal opportunity employer. Qualified applicants will be considered regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
